33cl fles van een Intermarché. Gekocht omdat dit m’n laatste departement in Frankrijk was. Helder lichtamber kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, hint van noten, ambermout, licht metalig bitter, typische Vienna / amber lager. Zeer saai dus. Lichte body.

33cl Fles op de camping. Mistiggele kleur, witte kraag. Ziet eruit als een radler en smaakt eigenlijk ook zo. Citrus, zoet citroensap, limoncello zonder alcohol, heel licht de lager op de achtergrond. Prima fris zomerbier, maar ook weer niet echt bier.

Bottle on Nantes, France. Slightly unclear golden body under an off-white head. Aroma has malt, ripe fruit and marmalade. Taste is light and refreshing with malt and fruity hops, some ripe fruit and medium bitterness. Not great, but actually quite tasty for å session IPA.

Bottle from Super U in St Martin: pours lightly hazy with white head. Apricot, sorachi ace, butterscotch aroma. Taste is lightly bitter, mellow sweetness. Amply fruity.

Bottle 33cl. from Epicerie de Pijp, Amsterdam @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, some lacing. Aroma toasted malt, caramel, grain, biscuit, light nutty notes. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, a bit toasty, caramel, nutty notes. Some straw. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, slightly more bitterness, okay.

0.33l bottle. Aroma of wheat, grass, spices, flowers and dandelion syrup. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy white head, fair lacing, yeast residue and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild sweet grainy and refreshing citrusy, following is yeasty, faint peppery and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth but crisp, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Not Blanche enough…
