Bottle LCBO in Toronto. Wow, this is delightful. Soft bready malts, mildly sweet with a mild sourness. Really well balanced. That salt makes things pop, and it's indistinct but the cilantro makes things almost juicy.

Lightly hazy medium gold color with a decent sized tightly bubbled white head that persists. Bready crackery maltiness with hints of salty lemon. Light lemony tart slight saline under a bready cereal graininess. Light tart pretty tasty.

Short-lived off-white head over hazy ochre-orange beer. Putty, paint, orangepeel, coriander, faintly coloured malts, potter's clay. Sour, sour oranges, bit mineral. Lactic acid, flavours as from spicy Sauerkraut. Cloved orangepeel, sorrel, orangeblossom. Light body, well-carbonated, faint acidburn. Special, original! Bärentöter...
