Bottle shared in Hazlemere - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear brown-red with a frothy, yellow-tan head. Lightly sweet, some coffee, earth, cocoa, toasted pine. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with more earth, light roast, cocoa, coffee, pine. Not bad!

Bottle shared at high Wycombe tasting. From the brewery. A clear nut brown coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is salty piney hop, brown sugars, woody. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Vanilla, cakey, piney, brown malts.. Firm piney bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation. Ok.

Bottle in Lanzarote picked up from the brewery shop. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a a loose greyish head. Aroma is sticky toffee, caramel, biscuit, pine, candied orange,. Flavour is composed of sticky toffee, malt forward. Sticky pine, cakey, raisin, dried fruit. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation. Pretty old school.

Bottle in Lanzarote picked up from the brewery. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is earthy wheaty grains, lemon meringue , creamy, lime. Flavour is composed of crisp lemon rind, loose wheat grains, light tart key lime, tart and zesty, straw. Palate is light, thin, light tart, grainy, moderate fine carbonation. Solid. Refreshing affair.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earrhy grains, Turkish delight, nutty malts, white grape, herbal notes. Palate is semi crisp, grainy, fine carbonation. Ok.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, toffee, malts, sticky pine, resinous, grassy, West Coast vines. Palate is semi sweet, moderate fine carbonation. Firm bitterness.
