750ml bottle. Poured a dark brown w/large, foamy had into tulip glass. Raisins, spice, caramel etc. Thought it was a dubbel really. Anyway I liked it quite a bit, would get it again.

Bottled. Pours a cloudy yellow. Way too citrusy and acidic for a saison to me.

Bottle. Pours dark but kind of watery and not a whole lot of personality, sort of generic for a belgian ale.

2004 bottle, consumed 2006. Pours dark reddish brown w/ok head. Tried one too cold and another room temp. Too much alcohol for my taste, which made it hard to taste the flavor, but what there was was good.

12oz bottle with no ABV at all. Pours near black with a very fine head, almost nitro like. Aroma is dark roasted grains. Beer is medium bodied, off dry with a nice depth of roasty grains & low bitterness.
Decent standard stout & more approachable than many.

Tasty little saison, with bright notes of fresh grass, clove, and vanilla, underlined by a slightly tart note and a yeasty finish. Good beer.
