opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense off-white head; aroma of piney, grapefruity, orange oily and tropical fruity notes; hoppy bittery taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one!

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Somewhat stale hops, a bit of hibiscus, a bit fruity, graininess, slightly sweetish, bitterish finish.

Clear and golden, with a very short-lived effervescent bubbly white head, and a slightly floral aroma. Mouthfeel is thin, and fizzy, but crisp with a hint of lemon and honey in the flavour, a tiny hint of bitterness coming through in the finish

backlog from 2019 - Pours golden with an off-white head. The hoppy aroma includes citrus and pineapple. The flavor has good, strong hop bitterness with ample pineapple and various citrus fruits. There's a nice malt balance and a medium body. This is a very good IPA.

Backlog from 2019. Pours clear gold with a small white head. It smells wonderfully tropical with passion fruit and guava dominating the aroma. Flavor improves as it warms going from mostly hops bitterness to a moderately bitter, malty, tropical fruit heavy IPA that’s refreshing and delicious. It’s the best session IPA I’ve had. It probably helps that it was likely fresh and being in Hawaii at the time certainly didn’t hurt.
