Well stored bottle. Clear deep amber body under a lacing, moderate sized tan head. Aroma of sweetish malt, dry fruit, raisins and warming alcohol. Taste is very sweet and alcoholic, dry fruit and malt syrup. Full bodied with sweet and alcoholic aftertaste. Works as a sipper in the start, but ends up way too sweet and alcoholic for me.

Notater fra en hyggelig kveld sammen med skibsrederen og trekkspilleren: 0,33 flaske. Lett uklar rubinrød med ok skum. Fin aroma og overbevisende smak av solbær pg blåbær. Slank kropp og deilig bærsyre i avslutningen.

Bottle. A dark, dark brown beer with a finger thick dark beige head. Some lacing. The aroma is rather roasted, with hints of bonfire and meatyness. Dark chocolate, coffee and a touch of licorice. It's full bodied, smooth and lightly warming, with a roasted bitter touch. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, meaty hints and a touch of licorice in the flavor. Lasting finish with lots of good darkness. 210409
