Well stored bottle. Pitch black body under a nice, dense beige head. Aroma of medium roasted dark malt, chocolate, coffee and hint of oxidation in a delicate way. Taste is smooth, dark malt, dry fruit, chocolate, coffee and balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and long lasting smooth aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle. Clear, golden body with a small white head. Mild aroma, light malt, some caramel, honey and light, general fruitiness. Taste has the same ingrediencies as found in aroma, but its rather subtle in flavor, low bitterness and frankly rather uninteresting.

WoW. What a lovely beer. Tasty and balanced. Lovely raspberry profile, Clear red pour with a fine pink head Lovely raspberry aroma.
