Draft - Soft light grains and a touch of fruit. Clear pale yellow with a decent white head. Very bitter and grainy up front. Very aggressive which is nice considering what is usually available in town.

Cask at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver; 12 oz
Dark amber to brown color with frothy head. Moderate smoke aroma and flavor; the body is a bit too thin; the mouthfeel is rather metallic; I would have expected more hoppiness too. Pleasant, a bit simplistic.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a light head. Aromas of graham wafers, bread crusts, and dried fruit. Flavors of floral soap, more graham wafers and toasted malts. Odd and interesting

Draught at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, with greenish hue, and small compact head. The aroma is moderately spicy, with some grapefruit peel. Nice body strength, with light residual sweetness; the spicy character is very prominent, coriander and some clove; very strong bitterness, luckily with a nice amount of citrus fruits; very citrusy and pungent in the final.
Very good usage of hops.
Excellent.
