Not my favourite double IPA, but it is acceptable, the alcool is a bit unpleasant, malty, sugar, it could be more hoppy. 09.09.2018, in the flat of Geisser, Lausanne, Vigie.

Few cans at home. Nitro. Ruby chestnut and huge soft foamy beige head. Nose is dried fruit and earth. Tatses of dates, raisins, cherry, earthy, caramel. Creamy smooth palate.

Bottle. Black with a 1/2cm light tan head. Aroma of whiskey, smoke/ peat, mocha, caramel. Stout fights back a bit upon a sip with some roast, mocha and caramel with whiskey and oak but rather less smoke at the end. Medium bodied, slightly creamy.

Can. Nose is caramel and curb. Taste is malty caramel, corn, cardboard, honey, slight pine, very acidic. Its exceptionally poor for the style

It is a classical IPA, not so bitter for the style, watery, some malt but you have at the final nice notes of pine tree, resinous, decent, 05.11.17, buying it probably at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier, drinking it at Bonfol.

Aus der Dose (bbe 28.06.2026) im 2025-04 getrunken. Diese rotbraune Ale kommt mit einer schönen Malz-Karamell Aroma daher. Sicherlich nicht komplex dieses Red, aber sehr gut balanciert.

I bought this beer at the grain d'orges in Crissier. It is a good IPA with all the qualities that you could expect, hop, malt, bitterness, 28.09.2016, drinking it probably at Lausanne, Prélaz.
