The Lost Abbey and Port Brewing are both brands of Port Brewing Company. Both are produced by the same company, but targeted for different markets.
Our Belgian-inspired and premium beers are released under the Lost Abbey label. Either way, they’re all produced in the same brewery by the same staff.

Murky brown, thin head. Has lots of barrelly vinegar notes, mellow blackberry. Decent balance.

Some haze, and thin head. Lots of saaz…haha got some butter creeping in there or just aggressive saaz? Right at my threshold. Good malt, lots of biscuity stuff.

750ml pours a clear garnet amber. Nose has the grapes and some barrel and some funk, band aid, cherry, pomegranate. Flavors same. Tart and funky finish with just the right amount of booze.

Bottle thanks to Shu. Pours a hazy orange gold with no head. The aroma and taste is strong stone fruit, lemon, light lacto, balanced, enjoyed this.

Bottle thanks to Shu. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, wood, leather. Slick body, grape, cherry, wood, light acidity, held up nicely.

Pours dark brown with a small head.Nose shows raisins, toffee, cloves and caramel.Flavours include sultanas, port, golden syrup, brown sugar, soft booze and toffee.
