Bottle, 750 ml at Gebrande Winning, shared with Tin, Hrvoje and Werckmeister. Deep red with pinkish head. Very vinous, fresh red grapes, tannic, grapes skin, moderate sourness. Moderate finish.

Flaska från Bofkont, 2020. Gul, disig med vit krona. Härlig, fyllig och djup doft av aprikos. Ger nästan lite vaniljtoner efter en stund i glaset. I smaken mer av en större och pigg syra som lägger smakerna mer uppe på ytan. Omogen aprikos, aprikoskärnor. Gott, även om jag Moonwalk hamnar före för min del.

Hazy red, thin, pink head. Aroma of sour cherry, cassis, lemon peel, red wine, wood, red grape. Taste has sour cherry & red grape; vinegar & funky hay aspect with a herbal edge. Woody finish, lots of tannic red fruit skins. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very noble character, nice.

Vintage 2018. Hazy red, small, pink head. Aroma of cherry, raspberry, blueberry, lemon, rhubarb, vinegar. Taste has sour cherry & blueberry with lemony & lactic acid notes, bit funky, earthy rhubarb over soft doughy maltiness. Tart, acidic, red-fruity finish, funky raspberry & rhubarb. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Sharp but stylish.

Vintage 2020. Hazy red, thin, pink head. Aroma of sour cherry, blue grape, lemon peel, rhubarb, earth, old raspberry coulis, bit dirty. Taste has sour cherry, grape & lemon, somewhat funky with vinegar touch. Tart, red-fruity finish, earthy & acidic with obvious woody tannins. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Very vinous and that's an achievement, but a bit too much to my taste.

750 ml bottle at Ammutsøn during Zwanze Day 2021, bottled 31/08/2019. Golden, clear body, with a big, slightly yellowish head. Beautiful aroma of deep barnyard funk, red berries, rhubarb, red apple, some citrus. Tastes quite similar, a bit less funky and a bit lighter bodied. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes medium dry, moderate sweet, a bit funky, fruity, with apple, moderate berries, rhubarb, slight citrus. Tasty. The nose is my highlight, really complex, with lovely funk and fruit notes. Tastes a bit light bodied, while very fresh and balanced. Lovely, elegant stuff. Score: 9 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 19. Bottled 31.08.2019. Yellow almost clear color, small white head. Smells funky, citric, grassy, earthy, peppery, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, flowery, herbal, stone fruits, some apple notes, peppery. Finishes lightly sour with notes of funk, oak and stone fruit notes. Very nice, not much rhubarb noticeable, but lovely balance from the lambic, quite a bit of stone fruits going on

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 19.yellow clear color, small white head. Smells grassy, earthy, spices, elder flowers, tannins, bit smoky. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, elder flowers, peppery, herbal, peppery. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of grass, elder flower and herbal notes. Quite good one, quite a bit on the herbal side.

Pours clear, dark red. Scent is medium intense, grapes have the upperhand. Taste is sharp, loads of fruits. Dry, mild tannins. Some oak. Milder lambic. Too grape forward to me.

Pours clear, dark pink. Scent is raw / Tad green , fruity. Taste is sharp, tart, dry, herbal raspberry. Mild rhubarb, hidden cherry. Nice, but not the fresh, fruity raspberry I strongly prefer .
