2020 bottle at 1280. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricot purree, definite funk, but super juicy. Taste is apricot, quite sour, dry and refreshing, but really on the sour side. Soft mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Great stuff.

Head gone in seconds, dull cognac colour. Lavender a mile out, becoming almost pharmaceutical as in a tincture. Again pharmaceutical, lavender, with a good dash of acids, lactic and other, soapy impression. Lipsmacking acidity, ultra tart, low to medium carbonation. Not my cup of... might be interesting however in foodpairing and blending.

Yellow head, gushing to orange-yellow beer. Apricot, horseblanket, bit of lemon, other fruitaromas. Peach, nectarine, mild lambic, bit white wine flavours; light acidity. Light body, light carbonation, fruitslick. Special, one wonders if the white wine is suggestion or really there.

Sample from Testbatch Huge yellow head over fully hazy orange beer. I Malse /I lambic with lemon, horseblanket, stonefruit. Quite sour, with a fine bitterness behind, spicy as nutmeg. Finish is really strange in this way. Light body, quite spritzy carbonation, slick. Not bad for a testbatch!

No head over golden-yellow beer. Mineral and floral notes, and muscat grapes. Muscat grapes returning, green leaves; lemony and malse lanmbic. Low carbonation, slick and light acidthinning. Excellent, superb fruitblend.

Medium red-pink head, gone in seconds over beautiful deep cardinal red beer, almost clear until very last of bottle. Intense vinous nose, red grapes, red wine, tannine. Given without tasting, 99% of samplers would claim wine. Quite sour, here's the difference. Lambic-like acids, but the barnyard/horseblanket flavours are all but erased. In the background musk-like wineflavours, and lemon at the tonguesides. Sharp and serious acidthinning, some -burn. Almost no carbonation, not disturbing, the winecharacter enforced. Quite slick, somehow. Nose is out of this world. Sure those barrels were empty? Kudo's for the achievement, but I'm really getting tired of this repressive attitude to sales. Leave it to your customers to judge whom they sell to, they know better than you!

Hapu, puuviljane, virsikune, rohelised võrsed, suht happeline, veits vesine. Lõhn on supper, aga muidu on liiga happeline minu jaoks. 3.8.

Leedrit on siin ikka kamaluga, aga hape on jätkuvalt way liiga tugev ja lambik ise igav.
