Pint at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is hay, lemongrass, coriander, and tonic. Sweet and malty, with a light, crisp bitterness. Very light, clean, and crisp. Beautiful, effervescent, easy pils.

Sweet; fits the liquid candy bar description. Milk chocolate and coconut dominate, along with a touch of anise and dark fruit and a healthy dose of lactose. Finishes with a lingering cloyness. Thin texture doesn’t support this level of sweetness. Eh.

On tap at the Brick Store Pub. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is sweet vermouth, chocolate, cardamom, and maple. Sweet and yeasty, with a light, beautiful sour back-end. Beautiful and complex.
