Draught @ Bitter Pops, Chicago IL. Faintly cloudy lemon yellow with a small frothy white head, citrusy malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sweet grainy spicy taste, thin body, long finish. Smooth and easy to drink.

South Fylde Beery Day Out Beer#5. Clear golden with an all bubbly head. Dryish crisp enough pilsner, nothing too exciting in taste. Mild sweetness.

330ml bottle drunk at Beer and Bean, Buxton. Light gold and clear with visible carbonation and very little head. Aroma of lychee, honey, maybe some gooseberry. Taste is insanely sweet. More honey, Corn syrup, peach nectar, lychee. Light syrupy body with little carbonation. Not terrible but terribly artificial.

330 ml, bottle.
Large white head with huge bubbles. High carbonation, which can be seen after pouring it into a glass. Aroma and taste has something specific, a bit bitter and a bit sweet, but just can't put my finger on it. Maybe pear?
Round taste, with a strong aftertaste (which has also that pear-ish taste)

First tried in Brussels in around 2005. Light yellow amber with small head. Nose of coconut milk and pina colada, reminds me of Malibu rum. Flavor is artificial and perfumey, sweet with an evaporating mouthfeel that leaves coconut coating the whole palate. Well it's slightly above drain pour but i would not buy another bottle on purpose.

A picturesque backdrop with the beautifully imposing Saint Deonis Church from the Omen 1976 lingers as a backdrop - as i consume this as it confuses me even more ...( Dude , high booze Belgians draught will F me up)
a bouquet of notes and nuances ..soft pillowy malts - hay , freshly backed bread , boiled sweet impressions . textbook and customary Belgian Golden Ale warming fruity esters that I love ( banana , apple , lime )..with a generous spicy backdrop..

Pint can. Caramel malt aroma with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, licorice, coriander and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours reddish-brown with half a finger of tan head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with caramel malt, chocolate and licorice flavors. Finishes quite smooth with roasted malt, coriander and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Excellent Belgian.
