500mL bottle, pours a clear bronze with a small white head. Aroma is extremely acetonic, with intensely sour apricot, plenty of oak, some wild bugs, and lots of old furniture. Flavour is quite acidic, with intensely sour apricots, big oak, old furniture, and some bugginess. Bracingly sour at first but it works well. Very nicely done.

500mL bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Plenty of apricots, oak, and red wine barrels on the nose. Flavour has plenty of tart apricots, vinous barrel character, oak, some musty wood. Nice wild ale, great apricot character. Quite sour, but expected for an apricot sour.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a cloudy bright dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma has a wonderfully expressive grape character, some wild yeast, and wild yeast. Flavour is complex and deep, with elegant grape skins, juicy parts of the grapes, light mustiness, and a nice wild yeast character. Complex and wonderfully constructed. Excellent.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle hoppy dankness, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice oily dankness, plenty of pine, and dry biscuity malt. Oily pine and plenty of bitterness on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a hazy golden out a small white head. Aroma has bright floral hops, gentle citrus, and dry bready malt. Flavour is dry, with plenty of bittering hops, floral notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Not too lively a hop expression, but its dry and clean enough. Alright.

Flavour is dry, with light hay, a touch of rustic saison yeast, and gentle hibiscus. Dry, simple, clean, but not particularly interesting.
