Malziger und süßlich röstiger, etwas zu trockener Antrunk. Angenehme Würzigkeit, für ein Imperial Stout mir aber zu mild. Bitter malziger Mittelteil und auch Nachhall mit karamelligen Nuancen. 10/9/10/9/11/9

Süßlich malziger Start mit Noten von Gemüse. Angesichts des Stils ziemlich hopfig, dann gewürzig nach Zimt. Deutlich steigend schokoladig, vollmundig, zum Ende etwas trocken. Insgesamt dennoch sehr gut! 12/11/12/12/11/12

Dunkelmalziger und vollmundiger Antrunk, weich rauchig. Steigend schokoladig, angenehme deutliche Herbe. Sehr würzig, dunkel, vollmundig bleibend. Langer würziger Nachhall, Rauch, Vanille, Karamell. 10/12/12/12/12/12

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark amber with a light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, x-mas spices. Flavor is rather sweet, malt, caramel, bready, light cinnamon, spices, little alcohol. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 251115

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a fizzy and dissipating light brown head. Soft woody arromas, the wood has really softened the edges of the roastiness, making it very soft and smooth. Vanilla, sweet licorice, warming alcohol in the finish. Really a pleasant sipper. 241115

Bottle 33 cl. Again a hazy amber with an off-white head. Nose is a little estery, with some discreet - and somewhat tired - hops. Light in body, sweet caramel notes and a subtle bitterness. Easygoing, but again it needs better hops and hops treatment. 241115

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, herbs, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, herbs, hay.
