Description
Flying Couch Brewing was founded in 2011 as a gipsy brewery and has since 2015 changed to a physical self-owned brewery located in the northwestern part of Copenhagen.

The beer is mainly found in the Copenhagen area but is also distributed by Det Belgiske Hus to the rest of Denmark.

Export occurs occasionally and includes Spain, Sweden (Elixir & Wine), Norway, Finland, Austria, the UK, The Netherlands and more.

Draught. Mild spicy aroma, hint of cough syrup. Almost clear yellow colour. Not much head. The flavour is of sweetish malt and a good spiciness.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Deep coppery brown colour, close to black, with a small brown head. Aroma is liquorice and quite floral and fruity hoppy. Flavour is fruity, roasted, floral and some mild toffeeish notes. A bit too strong fruityness to be nice.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Very deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, raisins and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is wood, some tartness, liquorice, sugar and some earthy notes. Quite balanced but rather thin palate.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, a bit spruce/juniperlike notes with some wood and mild bready malts to it. Flavour is ruity, wooden, mild junipery and caramelly.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Dark copper colour, small beige foamy head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, mildly alcoholic notes as well as some toffee and mild muscovado like sugar. Flavour is fruity hops, spruce, birch sap with some caramel and mild toasted notes.
