Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly rich and sweet, raisins, oak, minerals, dark berries, butterscotch, figs, dates, alcohol, fruit stones, bark, burnt caramel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, raisins, oak, sour grapes, fruit stones, butterscotch, grass, figs, dates, minerals, bark, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Herslev Rugøl ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye, dark malt, light toasted - roasted, moderate yeasty, candy, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, rye, candy, sweet malt, dark malt, hop - malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap at SKAAL, thanks Jens! Pours dark ruby red, some hint of pink foam on top - but just a hint. Aroma is soft and actually a bit sourish-funky, some barnyard there which is very likeable. Flavour brings out some cherry tartness, more of that funk and light sweetness. Definitely not sugary but you can feel cherry flesh when drinking this.

[Copenhagen 2017] Draft glass @ Ørsted Ølbar. Hazy orange, basically no head. Nose is vinegar, nail polish, acetone, puckering paint & airplane glue. Taste is airplane glue, acetone, varnish, plum vinegar, vinegar,… Puckering glue,… I partially liked it even though I shouldn’t, this is really not what it should be.

[Copenhagen 2017] Thank you! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ SKAAL. Dark red amber. Nose is cherry syrup, Glühwein, Christmas spices. Taste is red cherry oxidation syrup, grape syrup, Christmas spices. Cherry syrup. Interesting nice like a proper Belgian strong beer with age on it.

50cl bottle from SlackerMads, as part of the EU Local Swap 2017, thanks! A dark reddish brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of herbs, liquorice, soft tart fruits, red fruits, grapes. Taste of red wine, tart fruits, herbs, some vinagar, quite interesting!
