Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, white head. Fruity, slightly perfumy nose. Medium body, sweet malts and caramel but also a rather massive bitterness. Not exactly the crispest of hops but there’s some interesting features in there. 310117

Aroma: sour berries and fruity sweetness. Flavour: Sour apples with some sweetness and a hint of honney. Colour: cloudy yellow with a fading white head.

(Bottle) Ruby colour with dense, beige head. Malty, fruity, vinous nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raspberries, cherries, treacle-toffee and hints of red wine. Malty, fruity, slightly tart taste with caramel, raspberries, sour cherries, toffee, citrus peel, a touch of port wine and vinous finish with balanced bitterness and a warming touch of alcohol. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite powerful, but really tasty and warming. Very nice.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, vanilla, alcohol, citrus fruits, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish. A bit odd.
