Tap at MBCC, 2017, Green session. Poured a hazy pink colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is yeast, tropical fruits, passion fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a light crisp watery refreshing light fruit palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, light citrus, super hop bitter, light peppermint palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Ratebeer Best Beer Festival. 31/01/2016. A mostly clear amber / copper coloured pour with a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet maple syrup, brown suggars, brown breads. Flavour is composed of sweet unrefined sugars, woody, raw woods, brown sugars, wood tannins. Palate is tangy, grainy, moderate carbonation. Ok.

Keg at Ratebeer Best Beer Festival. 31/01/2016. A jet black caramel brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head, Aroma is spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, soft roast and caramel. Flavour is composed of spicy coffee bean, salty roast, spicy bell pepper. Palate is full bodied, spicy, moderate carbonation, salted caramel. Nice!
