Bottle 50 cl. Pours jet black with a solid, dark brown head with good retention. Lovely oaky Bourbon notes atop roasted malts. Medium body, solid roastiness and notes of English licorice. Solid and delicious Bourbon accents before a solid, finishing booze kick. There's a wee, tart edge. The base beer is a little too highly attenuated meaning the beer lacks a little more sweetness that would have driven the flavors better. 020323

Bottled. A chestnut brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, nuts, malt, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of prunes, caramel, nuts, malt, and wood, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Dark copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, dark sugar and dried fruit, with a touch of spice. Sweet malty flavour with dried fruit and coriander. Definitely will improve with a year or two in the cellar.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a coudy, deep golden with a rough, off-white head. Quite a refined, tropical hop aroma. Medium body, sweet and almost perfumy tropical hop notes with a rather prominent bitterness in the finish. Not all that Belgian, just a good tropical IPA. 251124
