Bottle, 2016 release, not called Belle any more. Thanks Felipe! Pours clear pink-orange, small off-white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is cherries, hints of acetone, funk. Flavor is light sweet, minimal tartness, brett, vinegar. Light body and low carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Felipe! Pours opaque black, medium beige head, dissipates quickly, good lacing. Aroma is oddly light, hints of brandy, mocha. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, a bit of acetone, brandy, chocolate. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Pretty hot. Not bad, kinda messy.

Bottle. POurs clear reddish amber, very large puffy off-white head, dissipates slowly, good, if clingy, lacing. Aroma is dusty, bourbon, tart lemon, grass. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, odd overall, vanilla and caramel, bourbon, brandy. Medium body, huge offputting carbonation.

Can from Drygate. Hazy orange body with tiny yeast flecks floating beneath a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of salted caramel, tomato, marmalade and dried grass. Flavour of peppery rye, blood orange, toffee and rusted metal. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Light fizz. Lots of hoppy bitterness, which I like, but it doesn’t quite come together.

At SAVOR 2016. Not sure the vintage - assume it was Batch 4. Poured a hazy dark copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma was sweet dark fruit notes, caramel notes. Booze is pretty prevalent in this one.
Friday night Savor beer. Dark fruit, boozy.
