Clear dark brown beer, small creamy light beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet impression, lots of chocolate, caramel, a bit oxidized, some cocoa powder, vanilla notes, milk chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit oxidized up front, lots and lots of chocolate, a bit sugary, very nice! Aftertaste: sweet, vanilla, lots of alcohol burning, some chlorine, bitter finish, cocoa powder.

Tap at Beer Temple bar, Dublin. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, zest, light pines. Taste is hop centered with grapefruit, zest, pines. Long hoppy bitter finish.

Can on the 1650 Enterprise from Connolly to Dundalk, picked up from Brew Dock, 03/11/23. Golden orange topped with a just off white covering. Nose is mixed tropical fruits, pine nip, grass, melon. Taste comprises orange zest, citric tinged straw, lime leaf, hint of soap, pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable IPA ... not real hop dynamic but more so a light soapy edge lets this one down some.

Keg at Brew Dock, Dublin, 03/11/23. Pale golden yellow topped with a white head. Nose is citric tinged straw, grass, orange peel, melon. Taste comprises airy malts, orange zest, grass, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness. Entry level affair all rather pedestrian in its execution.
