Keg @ The Brew Dock, Dublin. Misty deep gold appearance, medium white head. Grapefruit fleshy fruit nose. Pithy, bitter hoppy in feel, lemon rind and grapefruit coming through well. Ok.

Bière trouvée au comptoir irlandais à Lille. Apparence attrayante, avec une robe claire et légèrement trouble. Le nez révèle des arômes de miel. En bouche, j'ai apprécié la belle amertume caractéristique des IPA, associée à des notes de miel qui apportent une subtile douceur à l'ensemble. Cependant, présence un peu trop prononcée de l'alcool en bouche, alors même qu'elle est plutôt légère.
