Draught @ CBC’15
Aroma has leathery apple tones and some floury apples too – and apple juice. Somewhat leathery. Flavour is a weird bland of apple juice and malt. Finishes with some odd, harsh maltiness and floury apples. Weird stuff, could not locate the IPA here.

Draught @ CBC 2015
Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of sweet berries, fruits, cidery notes and ripe notes. Taste is sweetish and cidery with some ripe fruits, sweet sugary fruits and hints of bitterness. Finish is sweet and stuffy. A bit strange.

Shared with Kraddel. 310 ml. bottle / drank half @ “Land van de zatte apen” tasting. Obtained in a trade with Marlos. Graviola is apparently a giant kind of sour apple, about as big as a human height & it can weigh up to 7 kilogram. Wow! BBF 11/2015. Pours a hazy golden, little white head. Nose is huge lactic, rotting yoghurt type of Berliner nose, big raw barn, mineral, spoiled lactic,… Bit too much almost for me, this kind of Berliner. Taste is quite interesting and enjoyable, mineral, big lactic, puckering stomach apple, acid sour, very puckering, by far the most interesting part is the fruit, very sour & apple, juicy combo, very interesting,… very sour sorbet,… Lightly fizzy. Would like to see this fruit in a better sour but this is already quite interesting & good.

Pours unclear yellow, nearly no head. Smell is funky and dry, almost like a gose. Taste is sharp. Bit salty even ( sure this aint a gose ???? ) high carbo. agreeable mouthfeel. OK Rerate at LIBF2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! this time I had no salt. perhaps it was due to the moment, perhaps due to the batch ? Anyway, this sample was the best out of 3 versions of the beer we’ve tried. Original score was 3.6, this score was 3.7 so upping the general score with 0.1. The tastes i got now were some honey-like funk, full, dry, grainy, funky and sour. Malty towards the finish.

CBC 2014. Amber with a lasting, creamy white head. Fruity and funky aroma with a hint of wood. Dry and malty flavour with fruity notes and a little funk. Rather astringent finish
