CBC 2014. Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of grain malt, lacto and fruit. Fruity and tart flavour, with some pineapple. Grainy notes and a hint of popcorn

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Sour aroma, nuts, lactic acid. Sour flavour, lactic acid, malts, fruity. Sour finish, light fruity.

Hazy red brown colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, very nutty, the skin of a nut. Malty flavour, wood, caramel. Malty finish, quite alcoholic, wood, sugar cane, cachaca. Nice!

Black colour, slight beige head. Aroma of wood, cask, alcohol, vanilla, higher alcohols. Sweet flavour, caramel, alcohol, malts and booze. Finish booze, alcohol, vanilla, dried fruits and raisins. Nice.

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, white pepper, funk and bread. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemon and bread. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Not much hop presence.

Draught at CBC 2014. Light hazy ruby liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of raw sugar, oak, caramel and bread. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of raw sugar and oak. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Weirdly sour. Infected?
