Pours clear orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of fruity hops, grainy malts and some vegetables. Taste is stingy and slightly hoppy with some watery notes. Finish is slightly fruity and malty. A bit unbalanced.

Bottle shared at The Kernel during my birthday celebration, London, thanks to Paul. Pours dark, ruby-brown with a creamy tan head. Nose reminds me of tomato juice, for whatever reason. Medium sweet flavor, lightly roasty with dark sugar, light wood and leaves. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with dark sugar, light roast, some dark fruits, faint licorice, some lacto sweetness. Interesting beer. A little rough around the edges.

Bottle (from Delirium Rio) during Leighton’s birthday celebrations. It pours very dark brown, with a thin beige head. The nose has a sulphur/manure aspect, as well as milk chocolate, creaminess, caramel and as Leighton said tomato juice. The taste is roasted malt, milk chocolate, caramel, dried fruit and underlying sweetness, with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Not too bad, but I don’t think I could drink much of it!
