From tap. Pours golden dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish and breadish. Dry vanilla and roasted malty. Bitter and dry finish.

At a tasting, thanks Stas, small bubbly head, hazy brown to very dark red color, aroma of peanuts, pencil sharpnings, some hay and caramel, caramel flavor with dark bread and a hint of dried fruits, light sourness. Drinkable but quite simple.

THANKS to FlavioSP ! 310 ml. bottle shared & sampled @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. BBF 05/2015. Hazy golden, thin white. Nose is very lactic with huge spoiled yoghurt nose; Taste is same, sour lactic, spoiled yoghurt, lemon acidity, citrus, almost Berliner-like, citrus, almost vinegar cherry. Milky body. Not really what it should be but drinks quite nicely all the same.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Malty alcoholic aroma. Starts malty and intense alcoholic, fiery. Warming-malty finish, sharp alcoholic. Okay.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Sourish-malty aroma. Starts extremly sourish, moldy, grasy, intense notes of lemon. More and more moldy. Not my favourite.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass copper colored, small head. Mild malty aroma. Starts intense malty, light dry, some smokey hints. Finish with notes of caramel. Finish more balanced. Nice!
