Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

26/5/2024. Bottle Beer Without Borders. As Post Scriptum Imperial Stout. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, ash, nut, vanilla. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium bodied, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Enjoyable though lacked a bit of body for its abv.
