Cloudy amber, fizzy head, quickly gone. Malty aroma, notes of sugar and fruit. Sweetish flavour, orange, malt and light notes of dark sugar and mild spice. Honey notes in the finish.

Bottle, 7.8%. Sweet and vinous aroma. Smells a little oxidized, but is also a few years old. Cloudy grey orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour has a dull raisin note and a little yeast. Slightly citric finish. Tastes a bit old, but has a good mixture of maltiness and woody sourness.

Bottle, 7.8%, 2.5 years past the BBD. Pours hazy dark amber wit small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, sugar and lozenges, with fruity notes and yeast. Dusty flavour with vinous notes and hoppy and malty touches. Hints of fruit and a good ðeal of yeast. Lingering acidic afteraste. Nice but unlike a typical tripel.

Flaska från SB. Lokal julöl 2013. Närmast kolsvart, tjock vätska. Doft av mäktig kladdig chokladkaka med kryddor i bakgrunden, ingefära, muskot och kardemumma. Smaken är först söt med fudge och choklad, därefter kryddig och i eftersmaken torr med trä, aska och träkol. Lite dammig och kanske inte klockrent med kryddorna men iaf ok. Troligtvis mitt sista Stronzoöl. Kan inte säga att jag saknar dem.

Bottle, nearly 3 years past the BBD. Pours clear copper brown with airy but stable light tan head. Clear aroma of fruit and caramel, with malty and hoppy notes and touches of yeast. Dusty and vinous flavour, with notes of hops and touches of caramel malt. Bitter and dusty aftertaste with sligtly vinous hints. Well-balanced and, yes, well-aged!

Flaska från någonstans, årgång 2014. Smak och doft av trä, karamell, tobak, vanilj, russin, fikon, lakrits, bourbon, choklad, rostade toner, dadlar. Stor sötma, kryddig, bra balans, rund och len, svart och trögflytande som motorolja. Mycket gott!

(Bottle) Deep red colour with frothy, pinkish white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, grapes, vanilla, strawberries. Fruity, tart taste with sour raspberries, strawberries, red grapes and a tart and vinous finish with a light underlying sweetness. Almost full body, with a light sweetness. Quite well balanced, hides its 10% really well. A bit one-dimensional, but well made and tasty. Nice one.

Black, light brown head. Christmas spice aroma. Flavour starts christmas spicy, then comes licorice and roasted malt. Something berry-like. Sweet with cloves and cinnamon, alcohol, slightly medicinal. Kreuter-bitter, Dr. Nielsen, Fernet... Not my favourite.

Bottle, 10%. Ginger and cardamom aroma. Black colour, seems unclear. Small stable dark brown head. The flavour is spicy, sweetish cookie spices, nutmeg, cardamom, distinct cinnamon. Very roasted finish. Thick mouthfeel. Kräuterbitter bitterness. Medicinal and good. Sweet flavour and syrupy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable dark tan head. Clear aroma of gingerbread spice, malt and roast, with touches of yeast and coffee. Clear flavour of cloves, cinnamon and roast, with notes of booze, herbal liqueur, and malt. Spicy and herbal afteraste with boozy notes. Bitter. Quite good, though.
