On tap. Pours a reddish brown with a creamy off-white head. Distinct cherry nose atop some overripe fruit. Medium body only, a tingling tartness, fairly minerally even salty. A Quad it is not but a very interesting beer indeed. 100512

On tap. Pours an opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Very annoying aroma of overripe fruit - almost rotten - and Belgian yeast. Medium body, again yeast dominates with some confusing spices. Very tired mouthfeel. Fairly subdued hops but some alcohol burn in the finish. A bit of a mess to be honest! 100512

On tap. Pours a pitch black with a small light brown head. Heavy, heavy roast aroma with loads of sweet honey and massive booze up front. Very solid bitterness, heavy roast, dark dried fruit, a little licorice, a little dusty hops and a massive alcohol burn. Wauw, very well made - and manages to remain balanced throughout. 100512

Rather ”short” aroma with some hops and resin. Also hints of sweet fruits and gooseberry bush. Flavour is hoppy with some resin, pine needles and hints of fruits. Only slight hops in the aftertaste. Typical beer low on alcohol but high on hops.

Aroma is sweetish and perfume-like with plastic glue and brown sugar. Flavour is really sweet and liquor like with sweet sugar, bun dough and some plastic glue. A typical quadrupel gone wrong.

Pours dark red with a nice smooth head. Aroma of ripe and slightly tart fruits, spices, apple and earthy notes. Taste of ripe and slightly tart fruits, a lot of cherry, berries and some spices. Bretta is very well hidden. Finish is sweet and has notes of cherry, berries and slightly tart fruits. Okay, slightly too sweet for my taste.

Very sweet aroma with lots of caramel and exotic fruits. Also hints of yeast. Flavour is sweet with exotic fruits, caramel and some toffee. Too sweet and too low on hops to be a DIPA.

Pours murky dark orange with a smooth head. Strong spicy and earthy aroma with raw dough notes. Taste is messy with too much spices, yeast and earthy notes. Alcohol burns though in the finish. Unbalanced, not very tasty.
