Couleur pâle oscillant sur un léger ambré, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé léger.
Arôme sur un bouquet finement résineux - herbacé/pin avec une touche d'agrumes en rétro-nasal avec une note de fruits à noyaux. Base maltée perce en retrait apportant un léger effluve cara pâle.
Palais reste sur une approche assez classique d'IPA californienne - finement herbacée - résine avec une touche de tropical et agrumes, dont un appui rappelant le bubblegum et une douceur de melon et bitter orange. Petite note rappelant un léger poivre noir moulu avec un retour malté de carapils qui offre plus de ce côté caramélisé.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 20 Oct 2024) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pink grapefruit, orange peel and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with crackers, orange peel, dried apricots, candied pineapple and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
