Petite collab sympa brassée pour l'anniversaire de La Jungle.
Dorée, col crémeux blanc bien tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet assez frais avec un léger bouquet de bière un peu sauvageonne - grains en rétro-nasal. Houblonné noble arrivant en rétro-nasal - cela surfe sur un floral agréable avec un petit côté terreux - je retrouve aussi ce caractère léger d'esters.
Palais est bien malté, léger côté de funk venant de l'apport de seigle et épeautre pour le volet rustique. Petite note esters niveau levure, houblonné noble floral et fruité.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Moderately hazed orange with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, grass, pine needle. Taste comprises orange pith, pine nip, mandarin, grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come light earthy hop bitterness. Decent.
