750mL bottle, pours an opaque flat orange with barely any head. Aroma brings out jammy raspberries and a touch of oak. Flavour is big on the tart jammy raspberries, with a touch of acidity and marginal vinegar. Well-incorporated with the fruit, though not terribly complex. Good stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings sour red fruits, vinegar, and spicy peppers. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry sour red fruits, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and a little spiciness. Dry, tart and balanced, but not especially complex. Good beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Levi. Cloudy pinkish red. Great sour aroma with lacto, lots of jammy raspberries. Very sour flavor with lots of raspberries, lacto, lemon, and a pickled vegetables note. Medium-bodied. Great stuff. Pretty ridiculous calling it a Saison though.

Bottle thanks to Kurt. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pineapple, mango, lemon. Thin mouth, loght tartness, pineapple, wheat, very good.

Draught (4.8%) @ the brewpub. Rated on 25.08.2015. Aroma has sweet apricot, ripe fruits and hayish malt with biscuits. Flavour has ripe apricot, biscuits and some mild menthol tones. A typical sweet belgian pale (actually a bit amberish) with extra hops.
