CBF07 sample from tap. Pours deep amber with lacing head. Aroma is sweet malty. Flavour is soft malty, not really wheaty. Good soft and sweet finish, slight alcohol feel in the body.

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 19 May 2007) Golden yellow colour with white head. Malty nose with grassy hops and hints of citrus (lemon). Malty taste with grassy hops, hints of tropical fruit and citrussy notes in the finish. Some malt sweetness, balanced by the hops. Traditional, solid and well made pilsner.

Dark copper with a lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, dark malt, dates and banana. Rather sweet with some acidity and a dry finish.

(On tap) Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel and banana. Medium body with sweetish caramel notes and banana accents. The finish is dry. Quite lovely really. 130507

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear golden, minimal head. Lightly grassy nose. Crisp and very dry with grainy malt and a touch of metal. Salty finish.Hard in the mouth and pilsnerish slender, rather than malt sweet and soft as I would have expected.

Bottle. Nice big head with good duration. Color is pale golden and slightly hazy. Aroma is mainly hops but not very strong. Taste is malt and hops with a good finish.

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma is light caramel and roast malt. Taste is roast malt and caramel as well, but a little watery.
