50 cL bottle. Pours black with a dense chocolate brown head. Mild chocolate and malty aroma. Flavour is dry malty with a solid bitterness from the roasted notes and the hops. Dry bitter finish with a solid roasted note.

Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen
Very light blond color. The smell is similar to the cheap commercial Swedish ciders; the flavor is just one notch above, even if nothing special; quite sweet. Short final. As soda, it’s refreshing, but not a real cider.

Red to dark amber color. Aroma with dry tobacco, malt. The flavor has some caramel; good body; not very bitter, not complex; there is a light sourness.
I tried two bottles, both give me the impression of being slightly infected, and the flavor is tired (a beer that shouldn’t age).

Black color, creamy head. The aroma is a peculiar mix of milk chocolate and toffee, with just a touch of roasted barley, very nice. Smooth mouthfeel, with a nice flavor of dark chocolate, roasted malt and some caramel; the final gets a bit drier and more harsh, where the roasted malt is too evident. Very good.

First rating(50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg)Labeled 5.2% ABV. Sound is a deep clucking that lasts, probably due to the long bottle neck. Clear golden color, rather small white head. Sweet, bubblegum, root beer and some manure scent. Very spicy taste, phenolic and some Belgian ale yeast. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Purchased on December 12, 2007. 4/3/5/3/10=2.5Second rating, as Braunstein Næsgaarden Classic(50 cl bottle purchased at Kvickly, Helsingör, Denmark)On March 15, 2008BB 23-07-2008Also labeled 164, batch perhaps?Label states 5.2% ABV.Shady deep golden color, white head.
