Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a solid and lacing, white head. Odd smoky or rubbery nose blending in with what appears like citrusy hops. Medium body, again oddly smoky and phenollic as well. Brutally bitter. Flawed and disgusting in every way. 200624

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Sweet licorice in the nose atop subtle roast. Medium-bodied, again licorice with the chili being mostly a background affair. No real bitterness. 120624

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a rich and lacing, white head. Tired, old, dusty hops paired with diacetyl. Medium body, dry and tart, totally unclean fruitiness with a brutally finishing bitterness. Trainwreck would've been a fitting name! 100624

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a deep brown with a reddish/orangey hue and a dense and lacing, beige head. Faint chocolate in the nose. Thinish body, faint roastiness and again a hint of chocolate. No real bitterness. A borderline Mild perhaps - very little going on here, but at least it looks pretty. 140524

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, off-white head. Tired hop aroma - hops seem more British than American, to be honest. Medium body, some crystal malts and a decent, finishing bitterness. An uncomplicated Pale Ale offering very little to be excited about. 140524

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Decent malty nose with faint flowery hops. Medium body, very sweet maltiness with very little hops for balance. Bordering what I'd call malt soup. 070524
