Bottle. Pretty decent amber ale. Creamy flavor, smooth flavor, with a slight grape flavor.

Dark amber ale with a moka head. Sweet caramle and vanilla in aroma. Sweet malt with notes of caramel, and restrained nuttyness, a big beer bonbon. Rich and warming. Mondial 2005.

Amber ale with a light off-white head. Light malty aroma with nice hops. Good crisp malt and floral hops, with nice grapefruit notes. Medium bodied. Mondial 2005.

12 oz bottle-pours a 2 finger high, creamy tan head that laces. Deep amber color. Aroma is deep malt, sweet. Taste is malt, sugar, mild. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. Bottled on 7/20/05.

12 oz bottle-pours a light tan head with copper/red color. Aroma is cherry, sweet, malt. Taste follows along with clove and a bit of alcohol. Nicely done compared to Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, but still not my taste. Bottled on 10/12/05.

A slight butterscotch aroma is the first to arise, followed by a gingery spice note, and the faintest hint of cherry pie. Generously sweet, with a slight tart quality. Mild hints of cherries. Semi-sweet to semi-dry finish. Spice flavors show up as a lingering quality, with dried ginger, cardamom, grains of paradise, perhaps. Lightly cloudy orange-amber color.

Pale yellow pils with a good white head. Czech hops in aroma. Wonderfully hopped pils with good malt base. Medium bodied. Quaffable. Mondiale 2005.

Tasted at Belgium Comes to Cooperstown, July 16, 2005. Orange amber ale with a light white head. Cherry aroma with light lactic notes. Medium sweet ale with light hops, little cherry notes. Boring for the style.

Bottle on 12/27/2010. Clear dark amber body with ruby highlights and a small creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel, cherry and light alcohol aroma. Sweet caramel, fruit and cherry flavor with some alcohol burn. Medium full body with moderate carbonation. 7/4/7/4/15 - 3.7 12/12/2005, updated 12/11/2006 - Clear ruby color with a thin white head. Bottle. Deep, redish orange color. Great smell of cherries. Taste is that of cherries and honey. Sweet, but felt pretty dry and was not as refreshing as I had hoped. Still good
