Bottle @ Bohemia. Pours deep copper with thin, quickly disappearing head. Nose is sweet fruits, chocolate, and yeast. In taste the same notes appear, closing with a medium lasting sweet finish. Has light body and average carbo. A bit unusual, but not bad.

Bottle at Armazem beer shop in Porto courtesy of Balasz, cheers! Clear bright yellow color, white head. Aroma of light stonfruit. Taste is bitter mixed stonefruit, light body. Not bad.

Keg at the Colossus taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Dark mahogany brown topped with a beige cap. Nose is nutty, toffee, dark malts, brown bread. Taste comprises fruit loaf, toffee, dusty fruits, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable affair.

Keg at the Colossus taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Chestnut brown with a light beige cap that veers edgewards. Nose is sweet malts, figs, caramel, brown sugar dusting. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, nutty, toffee, spice, dates, booze, stewed fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Okay sipper if a touch 1D for a 10% job.

Bottle at Catraio Craft Beer Shop, Porto, 27/10/22. Black with a tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is nutty, toffee, chocolate, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises dark malts, light roast, hint of coffee, brown bread, fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A competent if unspectacular porter.

Taste comprises tangerine, grass, melon, straw, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness. Passable mid paced pale.
