Couleur dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet malté oscillant entre cara, léger chocolat, et notes fumées-grillées, léger caramélisé avec une pointe de piment.
Palais sur une belle base maltée pâle-caramel avec une belle note de fumé repris de suite par un apport pimenté sans pour cela être dans un surfait trop épicé. Amertume en balance avec une base qui met plus en valeur le malts - reste cependant très plaisante comme bière fumée - brune américaine avec piments.

Tap at Bee Beer Debod. Very hazy orange golden, large white head, pretty creamy and stable. Gentle sweet fruity nose with hints of mustard, maybe. Later stronger mustard nose develops. Medium bitterness, grassy but even more pronounced mustard bitter feel. Tart finish, herbal and lasting aftertaste. Lasting bitter herbal aftertaste. Light body. Strong and sharp, not too drinkable.

Marrón oscura de apenas espuma. Aroma a malta tostada y chocolate, notas florales. En boca cuerpo moderado, textura oleosa, muy baja carbonatación y sabor muy agradable, con todo lo que anunciaba en el aroma y tonos florales ahora más presentes con la miel añadida. Bastante buena.
