Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium to dark orange color with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, peach, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, peach - orange - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. WOW a german IPA and it is very good ... keep on give me some more ;O) [20110416]

Pours brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, bread and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carboantion is soft.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Looking really nice in the glass this one, with it’s clear, amber body and a dense, off-white to beige head on top. The aroma is roasted, almost coffee grit like, some dried fruits too. The flavor is roasted, with some coffee and dried fruits. Medium body and pleasant carbonation. A quite nice one, pleasant and easy drinkable. 110416

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, nuts, roast malt and hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear dark amber with an off-white head leaving a little lacework. Sweet caramel and pumpernickel in the nose. Medium body, nuts, brown sugar and pumpernickel with a subdued bitterness. Indeed this is what I usually calls a Mini-Bock. Delicious. 160411

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of fonefan. A nice looking beer, slightly unclear, golden to amber in color and with a two-finger, creamy off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma is sure from the American side of the Atlantic ocean, lots of citrus and tropical fruits, some sugary malts. The flavor has sugary malts in the back, with tropical fruits and citrus up front. Could use more bitterness though. Full-bodied, slightly warming and with a nice carbonation. Lasting bitter and citrusy finish. A really nice one, proving that also Germans can do foreign styles. 110416
