On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A crisp one, with a gentle bitterness. Not too sweet. Pleasant maltyness and a good hoppy fruityness. A really quenching one, shining even among all the heavy and sour stuff at the festival. 747414 251107

0.33 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', best before April 2026. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral aroma of pineapple, lemon peel, gooseberry and some grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of pineapple, passion fruit, gooseberry and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good one.

0.5l bottle, thx Dima for sharing with Jirka S and me! Clear golden body, off-white head. Bit eggy/yolky herbal-floral German hoppy aroma. Adequately lean and dry taste, herbal German noble hop profile with a nice little bitter kick, growing slightly in the aftertaste. The malt base is soft and there are more than yolky touches in the taste. By the book German pils I'd say! Would be glad to have a bunch of these on a party!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a smallish, rough white head. Lovely citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, modern, dry aromatic citrus with a solid bitterness. Well made. 070925

Bit fluffy, dark cream head over copper-brown to black beer. Sweet, wood, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate malt, coffeemilk. Drier flavour, ashes, hops, mild sweetness. Again lots of chocolate, black velvet. Every sip starts with dry ashes, then the taste sweetens, just stopping short of Doppelbock, if a pretty dry one. Feels light for its ABV, if very slick to chewy. Good carbonation. Surprising - has to be tried. Txs to Thom (and Eric)!

Sampled as Summa Hoibe Very huge & thick yellowish head over clear, lively carbonated golden beer; lacerings. Fresh malts & hops, spring leaves, inviting as few. Sweetish taste with a dry finish and a hint of acidity, no doubt thanks to the CO². Faintly sweetish grains. Not much in the way of aftertaste, however. Almost a tad chewy, better than simply light bodied. Good carbonation. Lager as lager ought to be.
