Description

Ze little bottle
Banana dominates the aroma, clove follows soon thereafter. Pours a murky orange-yellow, relatively low creamy lacing head. Banana and almond flavor, sweet bready body, lacks substance towards the finish - slightly undercarbonated - made to be drunk from the designerbottle i guess.

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden beer with a small head. Soft, lightly malty with a discreet underlying sweetness and a subdued bitterness. Perhaps it lacks some of the freshness I find in the best examples of this style. 050202

(Bottle 50 cl) Very dark brown beer with a small head. Delicious flavours of roasted malt with notes of nuts. Touch of caramel but never cloyingly sweet. 270102

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden with a huge head leaving big lumps on the glass as it collapses. Lovely aroma of hops, but also a bit too harsh in it’s bitterness for my liking. 081201

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark golden, honey coloured murky beer with a tall and dense head. Very full-bodied with the typical fruity esters and a rather low carbonation. A potent beer with a warming alcohol. Honeyish sweetness nicely balanced with some bitter hops. A solid brew. 110701

Bottle
Cloudy yellow, low creamy head. Light yeasty aroma. Lightbodied easy version of the style - light fruityness, shallow malt body, forgettable finish and aftertaste. A zwickl for the alcopop generation.

(Bottle 50 cl) Orangey golden hazy beer with a rich, frothy head. Very, very fruity and fresh without much bitterness - rather slightly sweet. A very nice Hefe. 110405

(bottle) Cloudy golden colour with a small creamy white layer. Shy and slightly sweet malty and yeasty nose. Soft sweet, almost watery flavour, light bodied, medium carbonated. With its quite thin initial maltiness and a shy whiff of hops in the aftertaste, this brew lacks obviously taste and character.

Bottle. Malty aroma. Chestnut brown colour. The head is light brown of good size, but very unstable. Malty flavour, very roasted. Aftertaste is a little sour. Good mouthfeel for a dunkel.

Bottle. Powerful, but standard weizen aroma. Quite sweet and a little bitter for a weizen. Flavour is also quite powerful, but standard.
