Description

Bottle: Mix of dark-malty and citrusy aromas; sweet flavour; mainly sweet, citrusy finish. Begins as beer, ends as a lemonade. Not really bad as a thirst-quencher....................

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, golden beer with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Weak aroma of malt. Very light and watery body. Flavour of slightly sweet malt with almost no bitterness. A thin affair indeed, but quenching all right. 031105

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear, light brown with a thick, off-white head. Lightly sulphurous nose. Fruity notes dominate the flavour with a surprisingly dry finish. Drinkable but far from being a great Dunkelweizen. 221005

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber golden with a small, creamy head. Strange aroma of..., well, I cannot really tell. Weak notes of wheat in the flavour, but otherwise completely dominated by sticky and artificially sweet citrus. Not pleasant. 221005

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, orangey golden with a thick, creamy head. Lightly tart, fruity aroma. Quite light-bodied with vague, fruity notes and a not too discreet tartness. Slightly watery. Not really my dream of a Hefe. 221005

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of banana as well as wheat, and the flavor is sweet - again with wheat and banana.

A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has a weird plastic note, but also light notes. The flavor is wheaty combined notes lemon.

An unclear muddy brown beer with a thick light brown head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with slight notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet wheaty, combined with some unpleasant notes of plastic. Not my favorite...

(bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a big foamy white head. Wheaty and clovy aroma with bananas. Soft sweet malty taste with a banana note, smooth mouthfeel, medium to light bodied. The fruitiness lingers into the slightly clovy and a bit tart finish. Not an outstanding but drinkable Weizen.

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is primarily of straw, while the flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of straw over a thin body.
