Bottled (Beerangel, BB 07/2009). Pale yellow color, small stready white head. Grainy, papery and sweetish nose. Crisp carbonation. Light grassy lemongrass hoppy flavor. Oily and harsh aftertaste. Maybe goes with meat or bratwurst, otherwise quite simple and a bit cheap (hop extract is used for sure). Similar to Auerbräu Rosenheimer Export.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 06/2009). Pale yellow color, small white head. Lemon grass, grain and corn in the nose. Quite crisp. Slightly harsh, kind of crisp carbonation. Light sweet malty flavor with buttery hints and grassy hoppyness. Quite light palate for 5.5%. Supermarket beer feeling.

Bottled (rom beerangel.de). Yellow colour, small white fluffy head. Aroma is malts, some grass and grains with mild notes of saltwatery notes. Flavour is malts, some wood, grassy hops and also some mild herbal notes. Actually a quite nice brew.

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Golden colour, mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is hops, malts and some slight earthyness. Flavour is malty, ruity, hoppy and also has some grainy and rubbery notes to it. Quite dry palate.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Unclear hazy medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, rubber, fruity, mango - papayp, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081113]

Bottle. A clear, almost golden beer with a small white head. Nice, sweet fruityness, some pale malt and some citrusy-sweetness, almost artificial, on the nose. Fruity and sweet flavor with pale malts and a touch of bitterness. Medium body. Fruity-sweet finish with some bitterness. Easy to drink, but as most helles, a bit boring. Lacks on the hops and is maybe a bit sweet. (081127)

Bottle. It pours an unclear, orange body with a golden tint and a finger-thick white head. Banana, wheat, some cloves and citrus in the aroma. A little touch of yeast too. The flavor has a little sourness initially, soon to be followed by banana, apricot, some citrus, yeast, hay and cloves. Medium to full body, quite effervescent. Nice bitterness in the finish. Definately not a bad one, quenching, refreshing and quite dry. Still, not among the top beers. (090101)

Bottle. It pours a clear, brown body body with a beige head. Roasted malt, caramel, a little fruity touch and some ryebread notes. In the mouth there’s an evident hoppy fruityness and decent bitterness, as well as the roasted malt, caramel and ryebread found in the aroma. There’s some chocolate hints too. Mellow mouthfeel, medium body. Nice bitterness in the finish. A nice dunkel. (081025)
