6th March 2021 Can. Light haze on this gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, a good fine minerally crisp snap to this one. Light malts provides a modest amount of sweetness that is soon pounded in to the ground by some muscular lime. Bright lime, a little artificial but pleasant lime candy, lime peel. A decent savoury vibe here. Ticking all the lime Gose boxes fer sure. Tequila barrel is a bit lighter, I think if it had been a more barrel forward, this would have been right up there. As it stands, a great crisp lime gose. No fucken scurvy here cap'n!

16 ounce can. Medium gold pour has millions of bubbles rising to A large foamy beige head. Zesty lime nose. Sharp citrus flavor is redolent of lime and has subtle blue agave oak notes. Some boozy notes as well. Thin bodied but plenty of sour.

Pint can from a two-pack - light ruby with no head to speak of - nose of Brett funk, grape must, and savory notes - flavor has a nice dry Brett funk and moderately tannic red wine character - mild touches of oak - finishing with lingering grape and a moderate acetic character - overall good, but lacks a certain depth and complexity I would like to see in something that underwent such a fermentation and aging process.

$5.75 pint can, WW. Murky magenta with a large pint head. Fresh tart blackberry, green leaf nose. Tart blackberry that gets sour the longer you drink, lemon zest, green leaf. Well made.

Can from Latham beverage. Light golden pour fairly clear and the head dissipates rapidly. Nose is tequila and lime. Tastes of lime, oak, tequila, wheat, florals, light salt. Pretty good

Can at home in Hackney - thanks to the family. Pours an attractive, clear purple with a foamy, pink head that fades quickly. Pretty tasty, has a good kick of prickly acidity, lots of tart black currant, assorted berries, a nip of funk, oaky dryness. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, some purple grapes, more black currant, quick and restrained acidic bite, drying afterwards. Solid.
