Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy amber body with no head or lacing. Aroma of toffee and stewed apple. Flavour of tinned peach, Lockets and booze. Medium body with a slick, oily texture. Soft fizz. Overly sweet and cloying. Heavy going and not very pleasant. I couldn’t finish a half pint.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Ultimate Spain Craft Beer & Cider Tap Takeover event. Menu at ChurchKey listed this as brewed by a Barracuda Cerveza in Spain but Shelton Brothers web site had the same beers as brewed by Fort Cerveza. Confusing. Black with light tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, herbs, dark chocolate. Tastes of roast, dark chocolate, light pencil. Medium body with a dry finish.
