Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Floral hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a floral hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub, this is the October selection in Elevator’s MBA program. Clear copper-amber color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Pumpkin spice and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is malty with a pumpkin spice aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/12/2018. The beer is a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Fruit, yeast and hops in the nose. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, hops and earthy malt. The finish is yeast and berries. Decent overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/12/2018. Clear dark reddish color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Tart fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of tart cherry, oak, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a cherry and berry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle. Butterscotch, caramel malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet butterscotch, caramel malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. High diacetyls but not unpleasant.

Sample at the 13th Floor Taproom. Cloudy reddish-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Fruit, yeast and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of rye malt, fruit and yeast. The finish is fruity with a slight rye aftertaste. Decent overall.
