Draft at downtown taproom. Hazy yellow golden, skimpy head, rings of lacing. Malty aroma with a touch of citrus. Taste comes in sweet, mix of fruity and malty flavors. Not your average hazy, but tasty. Good mouthfeel, holds it's ABV well .

Inky black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and fruity coffee. The finish is roasty with a malt and chocolate aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the brewpub. The beer is a clear dark orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, caramel and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, mild hops and fruit. The finish is malty up front with a mild earthy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

This beer pours a clear mahogany-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, caramel, dark fruit and hops. Full-bodied with a sweet caramel malt character and flavors of boozy fruit and earthy hops. The finish is sweet and boozy with a lingering malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the 13th Floor Taproom. Dark brown pour with a medium frothy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of dark fruit, malt and chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of plum, roasted malt, bourbon and fudge. The finish is oaky and fruity with a plum and bourbon aftertaste. Above average overall.

Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, Belgian yeast, banana, clove and hops. The finish is yeast and spices with a fruity aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
