on tap-pours a thin rich white head and copper color. Aroma is sweet medium malt, some spice hops. Taste is sweet medium malt, secondary spice hops, some medium fruit, peppery, alcohol.

on tap-pours a dissipating off white head and amber color. Aroma is ginger, faint slight tart. Taste is ginger, grain, faint slight tart spice hops. Good effervescence.

on tap-pours a slightly creamy retaining light tan head and dark amber color with effervescence. Aroma is mild light malt, spice. Taste is plenty of spice-nutmeg/ginger up front, then balances with medium malt-brown sugar, curaso? And resin hops, an alcohol burn that changes to warming, some yeast-pear.

on tap-pours a patchy off white head and copper color. Aroma is mild husky/medium malt-caramel. Taste is husky/medium malt-caramel, some spice hops. Semi-dry finish. OK effervescence.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and yellow color. Aroma is nutmeg, cinnamon, light malt. Taste is perfumy, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugary light malt. Nice. Occasional.

8-4-08 Tap at Tun....Earth flavors...light malts and a sour mild-aroma and taste....defiantly earthy with the sour malt flavor...its ok...straw colored not much head just an off-white skimming...light body with a sticky quality to it....a sour metallic finish

8-04-08...Draft at the Tun.....very light, almost nothing to it....watery.....very faint malt....just an ordinary light beer....but there is no foul aftertaste

8-4-08...Draft at Tun...Cloudy lemoncello in appearance...with no head....orange-lemon aromas-nice--a little bready flavor, very similar to as aroma with an added touch of clove....reminiscent of lemon bread....lot o" lemon here....refreshing light and well made

8-4-08....draft at Tun....Light copper body with a very small off-white head...crisp refreshing body...a little watery, but a nice clean flavor...baby malts and hops...zingy effervescence....easy drinkin’---a fresh aroma, its light and more hop driven than malt...nice!

Grand Cru 10th Anniversary-750ml bottle@Joe’s NYC Gathering that I brought courtesy of Tim–pours a disappearing white head with copper color. Aroma is very sweet medium malt-toffee, dark fruit-plum, alcohol. Taste is very sweet medium malt-toffee, dark fruit-plum, alcohol. Nice, a bit oversweet.
