Draft at the brewery. Pours a crystal clear deep gold color with a small off-white head and good retention. No aroma, which is weird. Very sweet caramel flavor with some light cinnamon in the finish. Much more caramel flavor than cinnamon. You start to taste the cinnamon more as you sip it. This may be hard for me to say but this is actually a little bit TOO sweet. Medium body and medium light carbonation. Low bitterness. I like it but i expected more.

Draft at the brewery from their Bacon Beer Bash 2025. Pours a pitch black color with a thick, tight beige head and excellent retention, as a nitro beer should. More dark roasted malt aroma than anything else. This has a dark roasted malt taste up front with a slightly sweet finish, but I don't really taste any bacon. Maybe a slight smoky edge and that's it. Another one that's a unique mix but not necessarily better than the sum of the parts, but I still like it. Medium body, a little thin for a stout. Low carbonation and low bitterness.

12oz tall/skinny can picked up at Publix.
Pours clear light straw golden with a small white head that dissipates to nothing, some light lacing. Eathy malts, rice, herbal, grainy.
Might be better on a hot day. Not doing much tonight.

On tap at the Craft Brew Hullabaloo in Sebastian. Pours near black with a small beige head. Dark malts, chocolate with a little heat from the peppers. Tasty

Draft sampler at the 2024 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours an opaque dark amber color with a small light beige head. Tastes more like an ESB versus a Scottish ale to me. Not bad. Light caramel flavor. Medium body. High carbonation.

16 oz draft at the brewery. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a small white head and good retention. Very little lacing. Nice, clean, easy drinking lager flavor. Easily repeatable, yet nothing memorable. Smooth and clean beer.

Flight at the brewery. Pitch black pour with a tiny beige head. Coffee-dominant aroma, but it's a light coffee. Not as roasty as I hoped/expected. A little sweet and a little bitter dark chocolate flavor. I don't taste the banana, cinnamon, or vvanilla beans. Clean and smooth. The 8.1% ABV is well hidden. Good, but not as good as the O'Gallie dry stout.

Flight at the brewery. Pitch black pour with a small beige head and great retention. Not much aroma. Very good lacing. Smooth and clean with a nice, creamy nitro mouthfeel. Lighter body than it looks. Very good example of the style.

Flight at the brewery. Crystal clear gold color with a white head and good retention. Very good lacing. Has a weird perfume-like aroma. A decent mix of blonde ale and honey, as expected, but I'm not a huge fan of honey taste in beer. No surprises, other than the aroma.

Flight at the brewery. Crystal clear gold color with a small white head. Smooth and clean. Lightly sweet. Somewhat generic, but well made. A little bread flavor too. Good lager.
