Draft at the brewery. Pours a very cloudy, opaque applesauce color with a small off-white head and decent retention. Very little lacing. As expected, has a guava and hops aroma. The flavor is a little guava, a little hops, and a lot of lactose. I would call this an imperial fruit beer, not a DIPA. The added lactose really smooths out the mouthfeel and also hides the 8.0% ABV. Low bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Probably the best DIPA I've ever had. Enjoyable, but dangerous.

Father's Day flight at the brewery. Very dark brown color with a small tan head. Non-descript aroma, especially after drinking their donut beers. The flavor is very porter generic, especially for Intracoastal. Tastes like…a porter. Nothing in the profile stands out. Light roast. Okay.

Father's Day flight at the brewery. Pitch black with a small tan head. This one has a sweet donut aroma, more so than any of their other donut beers. Smooth and creamy with sweet flavors of cocoa and vanilla. Well done. Maybe a bit too sweet for repeat drinking, but a good dessert beer.

Father's Day flight at the brewery. Opaque dark green color with no head. Aroma of ashy dark malts and a hint of mint. Yes, it does taste like a stout mixed with a mint chocolate chip cookie. I'm not a fan of the ashy stout flavor but the mint helps a lot. Not too sweet. A nice gimmicky beer.

Father's Day flight at the brewery. Crystal clear dark bronze color with a small off-white head. Definite smoky bacon aroma. The flavor is heavy on the sweet maple side with a little smoky bacon flavor in the background. Sticky sweet. I like sweet beers but this is so sweet I could only have one of these. Not very different than their original maple bacon beer.

Draft at Pineapples, Eau Gallie, FL. Hazy gold color with a white head and good retention. Hoppy aroma dominates. Tastes like every other bitter IPA. Nothing new here. Tick.

Draft at their tap room. Pitch black color with virtually no head. Just a straight-up stout. Nothing unusual. Good, mellow, clean and smooth. Thankfully no coffee taste.

5.6% ABV. 23 IBU. Draft at their tap room. Dark brown color with an off-white head. Nice nutty brown ale flavor. Nothing unique, just a good, quality brown ale.

Draft at their tap room. Crystal clear root beer color with zero head. Very mellow beer.Highly carbonated. Not a lot to discuss - just a generic beer taste. Still good.
